Before enrolling in or taking part in the DevOps with AWS Job Guarantee Program (the "Program"), please read these terms and conditions (hence collectively referred to as "T&Cs"). Wherever the context so requires, "you" or "your" shall refer to any natural person/learner/customer who enrols in or participates in this Program for the purposes of these T&Cs.

By enrolling in or taking part in this Program, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs, and that you meet the Program's eligibility conditions as outlined below.

The Code Inbound LLP Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, and this T&C are additional.You agree to the Usage and Privacy Policies, as applicable, by using the following references to "www.codeinbound.com" or "our website" relate to both the desktop and mobile versions of the www.codeinbound.com website. If these T&Cs and www.codeinbound.com's Terms of Service, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy conflict in any way, these T&Cs will take precedence exclusively regarding this Program.

The complete agreement between you and Code Inbound LLP regarding this Program is set out in these Program T&Cs, the Code Inbound LLP Terms of Service, Conditions of Use, and Privacy Policy on www.codeinbound.com. Any unenforceable portion of these T&Cs will not affect the enforceability of any other clause in these T&C. To decide whether the Program T&Cs have been met and whether you qualify for any Refund Guarantee, Code Inbound LLP shall have sole discretion (defined below).

This comprehensive programme was created by Code Inbound LLP (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"/ "We"/ "Us"/ "Code Inbound LLP") to assist learners in launching or advancing their careers in the fascinating subject of DevOps using AWS. Students who complete this programme successfully will have access to a job offer that is guaranteed in the DevOps sector with AWS. DevOps with AWS industry professionals created the curriculum and ensuing evaluations for this programme. The major goal of this programme is to provide participants the knowledge they need to further their careers in the DevOps field using AWS. Learners can qualify for a variety of DevOps careers after successfully completing the programme using AWS. Learners can qualify for a variety of professions in the DevOps with AWS industry after successfully completing the programme, including Full Stack Developer, Front-end Engineer, and Full Stack Java includes Stack Engineers, Software Engineers, and many others developmental field.

1. Eligibility Criteria/ Requirements For This Program:

To be eligible for this Program, you (learner) should meet all the following Criteria.

Any kind of failure or break, in any manner whatsoever.

  1. possess a valid work permit to enter India unsponsored.
  2. Complete the programme in which you are enrolled within the allotted time frame and turn in all your assignments and exercises on time.
  3. Your spoken and written English proficiency will be evaluated during your initial interactions with the Code Inbound LLP admission staff.
  4. All background checks connected to positions for which you have applied via this Program must be passed by you.
  5. Pay Program Fees in full or using one of the payment options that are provided; income share agreements are not accepted.

2. Refund Guarantee For This Program:

If you have completed the Program satisfactorily by receiving the final Achievement in the Career Services with Code Inbound LLP and have complied, without any violation or default, with the terms and conditions of Career Services, including but not limited to, participated in all the mentoring and profile building sessions organised for you, conducted a professional job search, appeared for all the interviews that you have been shortlisted for, and have not yet received an offer for a Qualify position.

You must attest on the refund request form that you have complied with all the requirements of this Program and have not received any employment offers for any Qualified Jobs (described below) during the Career Services Term (defined below).

The refund request needs to be made as described above within 30 (thirty) days after your Career Services Period's conclusion.

Note: Refund, upon approval by Code Inbound LLP, will be processed within 30 (thirty) business days to the original source of payment, excluding taxes.

3. When Is Refund Guarantee Under This Program, Not Applicable:

Following are the possible situations that void the applicable Refund Guarantee for this Program includes, but are not limited to the following:

  1. To demonstrate that you meet the qualifying requirements, you do not submit your academic transcripts or report cards
  2. If you don't successfully finish the program's course requirements within the allotted time frame, you won't be able to graduate;
  3. You request a programme term extension because the program's validity has expired; or
  4. You enrol in or are admitted to the Program after your original enrollment or admission date but withdraw from the Program or cancel your enrolment/admission from the Program after completing a portion of the program's course requirements; or
  5. After completing the programme and receiving the final Certificate of Achievement from Code Inbound LLP, you fail to activate the career services provided by the programme within one month.
  6. If, after activating the Career Services under the Program within the aforementioned timeframe, you choose to pursue other endeavours (such as starting your own business, freelancing, etc.) or accept another job offer or opportunity outside of those provided or to be provided by Career Services, you may ultimately choose to forego receiving support from Career Services under this Program;
  7. You don't finish the Career Services by the deadline listed below, if that's the case.

  8. You fail to apply for at least 2 (two) of the open positions for the Code Inbound suggested positions.
  9. If it is not already agreed with the Career Service Team, you drastically alter your job search approach during the Career Service Period (described below). This includes, but is not limited to, changing your industry or profile.
  10. You don't apply for any of the qualifying positions that the program's career services are offering that match your qualifications in terms of education or work history.
  11. You lose the ability to effectively conduct a job search or accept any employment opportunity made available by the Career Services under this Program during the Career Service Term (defined below).
  12. You miss a call, reschedule it, or cancel it with less than 24 hours' notice.
  13. You turn down a job offer/ opportunity for a Qualifying Position throughout the Career Service Term, at least three times (3 times) with a Career Service coach, adviser, or mock interviewer (defined below).
  14. You do not have a legal right to work, or your legal right to work has been revoked during the Career Service Term by the appropriate statutory authority.
  15. You act improperly and contravene the Code of Conduct published in the course catalogue by Code Inbound LLP.
  16. You are not successful in passing the background investigation connected to the employment offer or opportunity under this Program.
  17. Before receiving the Certificate of Achievement from Code Inbound LLP or before the Career Services under this Program are activated, you accept any employment offer or opportunity during the Guarantee Period (described below). This will be regarded as a successful placement for the purposes of this programme, and the refund guarantee is not going to apply.

4. When Is Refund Guarantee Under This Program, Applicable - Conduct and Performance Requirements:

  1. Attend live classes and finish self-study videos in accordance with the program's certification unlock requirements.
  2. Complete all phase-end projects and pass them successfully within the allotted time frame in accordance with the program's certification unlock requirements.
  3. You'll be able to use the Career Services offered by this Program if you successfully complete the DevOps with AWS Program and receive the Certificate of Achievement given by Code Inbound LLP.
  4. If you are qualified to use the career services provided by this programme, you must initiate the career services by opening a ticket on your learning platform regarding their initiation within one month of finishing the programme and receiving your final Certificate of Achievement from Code Inbound LLP.
  5. As directed by your designated Career Services coach or adviser, check in with your coach by text or phone at least once each week.
  6. At least two days before your scheduled one-on-one mock interview, cancel it.
  7. Use the tracker that Code Inbound LLP has defined or provided, or a different tracker that has been approved by Code Inbound LLP, to keep track of all your job search activity, including but not limited to application confirmation emails, photos from events, and registration verifications.Bring this resource to each of your coaching sessions.
  8. Do all required practise interviews and training sessions that your Career Service advisers or coach have assigned.
  9. Respond to all correspondence from Code Inbound LLP and the Career Services team within 48 hours of receiving it.
  10. Not engage in dishonest behaviour when applying for and participating in the programme (including the Guarantee Period, as defined below).
  11. During the Career Services Period, obtain the coach's or advisor's clearance for any career-related materials, including but not limited to your resume, your LinkedIn profile, and your projects profile.
  12. Every month, make applications for at least 40 positions that qualify and make sure they are properly documented.
  13. Attend at least 2 (two) events, such as meetups, conferences, seminars, informative interviews with quality sources, networking events, hackathons, workshops, job fairs, or other activities deemed appropriate by your Career Service coach or adviser.
  14. Work with your career coach or adviser to develop a unique job search strategy that has been authorised by your Career Service coach or advisor.
  15. Follow the advice of your career services coach or adviser while developing your job search strategy, including but not limited to developing your network and applying for positions that are a good fit for you.
  16. Every background check performed by your prior employment or institutions must be passed. You won't be qualified for a refund of the programme cost if the background check connected to the job offer was conducted.

Note:Timelines of course completion does not include any freeze, pause, or extension granted by Code Inbound LLP. Once you have successfully completed the Program and have unlocked the Certificate of Achievement, you will become eligible for the job search program.

General Term and Conditions:

  1. It is assumed that you have studied the eligibility requirements and programme specifics on the website in their entirety before enrolling in or being admitted to this programme.
  2. You agree to being included to any mailing list for promotional and other marketing materials from Code Inbound LLP by signing up for this Program.
  3. Please be aware that this Program may be running concurrently with programmes that are being offered by Code Inbound LLP or its affiliates. If you join in this programme, you will not be entitled to participate in or get any benefits from any other programmes unless you do so separately.
  4. The program's administration and security may, to the fullest extent permitted by law and at any time, be corrupted or compromised by viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorised human interference, or other outside factors. We reserve the right to alter, terminate, or suspend programme as a result. If there are any such unforeseen incidents, learners will be notified through email. If you object to any of the changes mentioned above, you can call us at 1800- 212-7688 to explore any possible alternatives. It is assumed that you have accepted the modifications and have willingly relinquished any rights you may have under the applicable legislation or otherwise to voice any future complaints in respect to them in the absence of any objections being voiced.
  5. If a learner is found to be: (a) tampering with the application and/or admission process by providing false and misleading information or the operation of the Program; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting disruptively or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person in connection with this Program, Code Inbound LLP may, in its sole discretion, disqualify that learner from this Program or from the Refund Guarantee.
  6. By signing up for this Program, you grant Code Inbound LLP and its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in any photographs, videos, writings, digital images, audiotapes, and the like that are taken or produced in connection with the Program.
  7. You grant Code Inbound LLP and its affiliates permission to disseminate the information about your stored items in any ensuing marketing and promotional communications. You acknowledge and agree that such articles, images, and other materials belong entirely to Code Inbound LLP, including all copyright, and that the company is free to use them for any marketing or promotional endeavour. Illustrations, bulletins, exhibits, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, ads, and other promotional or instructional materials in any currently known or subsequently created medium, including the internet, are just a few examples of these applications. You agree that you will not be paid or given a royalty for using these images, etc., and you hereby waive any and all claims against Code Inbound LLP, its affiliates, its agents, and allowed assignee which result from or are related to such usage in any way. You authorise the use of your name and likeness in connection with the Program by Code Inbound LLP, its affiliates, its agents, and allowed assignee.
  8. Privacy: You understand that by signing up for the Program, you are giving Code Inbound LLP and its affiliates permission to communicate with you in the present and in the future about the Program and any other promotional activities involving Code Inbound LLP online courses. This permission includes sharing your personal information, including sensitive personal information. Any data provided in connection with this Program, including sensitive personal data, will be handled in line with these T&Cs and the Privacy Policy posted at Code Inbound LLP.com. You must always adhere by the terms and conditions and privacy statement posted on the Code Inbound LLP website. Any unethical or dishonest behaviour, such as failing to comply with our T&Cs and Privacy Policy, will result in cancellation of your registration in, entry into, and loss of the Program Fee.
  9. Digital Devices and Connectivity: To participate in this programme, you must have your own desktop or laptop computer, webcam, headset with echo cancellation microphone, software, continuous broadband internet connectivity, and continuous power supply (collectively referred to as "Infrastructure Connectivity"). Admission or enrollment in the programme assumes that you have the necessary digital devices, software, and infrastructure connectivity to participate in it.
  10. Your learning will be impacted if you do not have the necessary digital devices, software, and infrastructure connectivity to participate in the programme. You must make all arrangements for your own resources, including the digital devices, software, and infrastructure connectivity needed for you to participate in the programme, at your own expense. Your use of digital devices, software, and infrastructure connectivity is entirely your responsibility. You must work with your own suppliers at your own expense for the purchase, installation, upgrade, or troubleshooting of any digital devices, software, and infrastructure connectivity; Code Inbound LLP is not liable for such services.
  11. Learning Management System: Code Inbound LLP will grant access to the online Learning Management System as part of the Program (LMS). In addition to having access to digital learning materials, session recordings, assignments, and learning plans as necessary for the Program, LMS will be able to participate in online sessions. Access to the LMS will only be available till the programme is finished.
  12. Code Inbound LLP may communicate with you through any or all of the following channels: SMS/Call (at registered mobile number), email (at registered email-ID), postal mail (residence address), or message on LMS. This is done to keep you informed and up to date about the learning related to this Program and other services related thereto. You are deemed to have acknowledged and read any such messages delivered to you. Any updates to your information must be made by you directly to the helpdesk in writing. You hereby affirm that the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India's regulations regarding unsolicited communication, as referenced in the National Do Not Call Registry (the "NDNC Registry"), will not apply to any communications, calls, or SMS you receive from Code Inbound LLP, its employees, or agents.
  13. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction: The Republic of India's laws apply to the Program T&Cs. The Program and its supplemental materials are protected by copyright. Toutes droits réservés. By enrolling in this Program, you consent to the finality and binding nature of all decisions pertaining to the Program and the associated T&Cs. Code Inbound LLP's failure to enforce any of these T&Cs in any situation will not be interpreted as a waiver of the T&Cs and will not give rise to any claims on the part of any third party. The courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or other matters relating to these T&Cs, which are governed by Indian law.
  14. Discipline:

    Throughout the Online Sessions, you must abide by the rules of discipline and decorum. If these rules are broken, there may be repercussions, such as the termination of entry or registration and the loss of the programme fee. You will be prohibited from continuing with the Program and will lose the Program Fee if you are discovered using unfair means during online exams, while completing practical assignments and assessments, or by engaging in activities like copying, discussions, using technology-based instruments, or other forms of cheating. There will be zero tolerance for copying in any manner. The assessor may opt not to grade the work if there is even the slightest possibility of plagiarism. If an assessor decides, it is final plagiarism.

    Indiscipline includes, but is not limited to, misbehaviour, nuisance, brawl, use of foul language in online chat forums, posting objectionable material in the Learning Management System(LMS), using unfair means during assessments, being intoxicated, having used drugs, and engaging in any act or omission that discourages/disrespects/hinders the programme structure during the online sessions.

  15. Medical Fitness: By enrolling in the programme, you attest that you are medically fit to participate in it without any restrictions at all. This programme is being offered through online admittance, and the training is being provided online. If the Program is supported by placement assurance, placement guarantee, or employment guarantee, as applicable, your placement and/or job offer following the Program's successful completion are contingent upon passing any applicable medical fitness tests or criteria. Code Inbound LLP will not be liable for the placement, job offer, or opportunity if you are unable to pass or complete the medical fitness test standards, and there will be no programme fee return. In certain situations, Code Inbound LLP shall be judged to have fulfilled its duties with regard to your placement, employment offer, or opportunity.

  17. Amendments & Modifications:Code Inbound LLP retains the right to alter any of these T&Cs without providing previous notification. The adjustments could be necessary as a result of Code Inbound LLP's emphasis on continual process and service improvement, methodology research and development, pedagogy, technology obsolescence, industry needs, and legal compliances. Any changes, if any, will be communicated to you by Communications and amended in these T&Cs as well as any applicable Code Inbound LLP.com Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. You would have to read and follow any such revisions.

Acceptance of the Program T&Cs:

Before paying the programme, fee or enrolling in the programme, the student must accept the Terms and Conditions contained in an acceptance letter. You will not be authorised or permitted to choose this DevOps with AWS Employment Guarantee Program offered by Code Inbound LLP if you are unwilling to accept the Terms & Conditions applicable to the programme.

Only the student is authorised to fill out the enrolment/admission form, and only the learner is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied therein, including any necessary supporting documentation. The learner acknowledges and accepts that in the event that the information they submitted during enrolment/ If any information on the admission form is discovered to be inaccurate or misrepresented at any point, the enrollment or admittance for this programme will be cancelled, and the programme fee will not be refunded. The learner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions of this programme as stated in this document and the Code Inbound LLP.com Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy by paying the Program Fee and enrolling in the programme. They also confirm that they have not relied on any other oral representations made by the Code Inbound LLP team or any other third party.

Definitions:

  1. Career Services Period - the time frame that begins as soon as you activate or enrol for our Career Services after getting or unlocking the Code Inbound LLP Certificate regarding this Program and ends six months afterwards.

  2. Certificate of Achievement - is the digitally verified certificate that the learner receives after finishing the programme and satisfying all necessary requirements.

  3. Candidate – shall refer to a person who satisfies the Program's Eligibility Criteria.

  4. Eligibility Criteria - shall refer to the requirements that a Candidate must satisfy eligible to participate in the Program.

  5. Guarantee Period – the time frame starting on the program's enrollment date and ending six months after enrolling in our career services upon receipt of the Code Inbound LLP Certificate.

  6. Learner – shall refer to the Candidate who has accepted admission or enrolment in the Program in accordance with the aforementioned admission/enrollment criteria and evaluation procedure

  7. Program Fee - should refer to the entire cost of the programme that the Learner must pay in order to use the Program's services. Taxes that are applicable must be paid in addition to the programme fee.

  8. Qualifying Positions – But not limited to, Full Stack jobs. Several employments with a minimum CTC of INR 5 LPA is available, including developer, front-end engineer, full-stack engineer, and software engineer.
